Instructions:

This can be done along or you can instruct a healee in the same power-up meditation as a stand-alone
or preceding a healing session.

Place a sphere in each chakra in the following order. Each time you are -re-affirming and visualizing each
sphere as new as you go up the chakras. The sphere should be visualized as alive, energetic and in rotation motion.

1. Red in 1st chakra.

2. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd chakras.

3. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd chakras.

4. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd, green in 4th chakras.

5. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd, green in 4th, blue in 5th chakras.

6. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd, green in 4th, blue in 5th , purple in 6th chakras.

7. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd, green in 4th, blue in 5th , purple in 6th , white in 7th chakras.

8. Red in 1st, orange in 2nd, yellow in 3rd, green in 4th, blue in 5th , purple in 6th , white in 7th chakras.

9. Finally, surround yourself with a gold sphere all over your body.
